Just to have an idea about ERP of NAVTEX station: Den Helder NAVTEX is day= time copy of S9+30dB at a distance of 220km. PA0A is S9 here at a distance= of 260km and running the full 5W ERP. So Den Helder must be some kW ERP at least.
