Now the procedure seems to be put a BEACON on air and request a report= via EMAIL, telephone or mobile phone. Do not study or listen on the band as a SWL would do but just plonk th= e beacon anywhere and churn out endless repetive bandslip callsign and= QTH info and cause the maximum QRM to those engaged in QSO mode. You= cannot ask the station to QSY because the Beacons are unattended.
