article written by John Silver ( likely,  UK based fellow as it follows fr=

Mr Silver mentions a software which is capable by special time synchroniza=

routines and triangulation methods to  make a positional fix of the ligntn=
ing=20
etc..
a link to software developers is also given so i think he might have got=
 a nice=20
start to his specific issues with alfa stns ..

dealing with the same problems
BTW .. those antennae and amplifiers built for lightning radar purposes ar=

within the range of 10-11 kHz so "Dreamers" should also look into this at=

to see really nice pictures of detected strikes..
