what do you mean exactly with "a very high noise level"? Could you suggest=
 to me=20
(=3D dumb experimenter :-)) a=A0good-enough measurement method, though
simple in terms of required instruments, etc., just to get some figures=A0=
to=20
discuss on?
As for the AATIS design, do you have the schematics available?

build that "Sferics RX" and its still in use and doing a great job. The PC=
