Hmm... well, I might be willing to accept that as an explanation, but many 
of the double false decodes have delta - T values that differ from one 
another by several seconds. This would seem to require sidebands that wobble 
such that they correlate exactly with each other, but with several seconds 
time offset between the wobbles, rather than "wobbling together" as you put 
it.
