If you are considering modifying Argo for this purpose, it would also be very useful to allow higher sample rates so that the sound card input can be directly at this signal frequency, eliminating the need for external frequency conversion ... But I imagine this is all adding up to become a major revision of the current Argo, and perhaps all these extra options would have the drawback of increasing the complexity of the user interface, while one of the attractions of Argo has always been simplicity of use. Of course, for those who require more elaborate spectrogram and DSP facilities with many user-definable knobs to twiddle, SpecLab already exists... Cheers, Jim Moritz 73 de M0BMU
