The LITTLE GUY transmits a low power signal but, as you admit, due to the multitude of QRO signals, he's only readable thanks to the "ability and skill" of the operator of the BIG station? So by your own argument, if the QRO signals weren't so numerous and overpowering then the need for such "skill and ability" would be reduced, and more people could communicate using more appropriate power levels and equipment. Those with "skill and ability" could still use it to winkle out even more challenging signals, but so could everyone else too.... I bet you've got a red sports car too.... J GM4SLV
