What was the mode in which you have transmitted? QRSS120? You could try such a TV transformer. That may give you easily 30dB more power (depending on your losses), so you could reach 1,5km!? If you cannot find such one, you could try a ferrite core out of an SMPS. But it will be a lot of work to wind that secondary coil and handle the HV! What was the mode in which you have transmitted? QRSS120?

You could try such a TV transformer. That may give you easily 30dB more power (depending on your losses), so you could reach 1,5km!?
If you cannot find such one, you could try a ferrite core out of an SMPS. But it will be a lot of work to wind that secondary coil and handle the HV!
