The low noise below 4kHz is even more impressive to watch live on Pers= eus when static crashes periodically shoot the noise baseline quickly upw= ards. The base line literally looks like a swinging rope that has been fixed to the bottom at 4kHz. 73 Clemens DL4RAJ ----- Original Message -----=20 From: To: Sent: Thursday, June 03, 2010 6:15 PM Subject: R: LF: VLF-Noise May be this one could be of some interest? http://www.vlf.it/naturalnoisefloor/naturalnoisefloor.htm Cheers D. ________________________________ Da: owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org per conto di Roelof Bakker Inviato: gio 03/06/2010 19.44 A: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org Oggetto: Re: LF: VLF-Noise Hello Clemens, Your observation is correct. This has also been mentioned by Paul Nicholson, who has a first class ELF-VLF monitoring station. However this frequency will ask for much larger loading coil. 73, Roelof, pa0rdt ----------------------------------------------------------------------= ---------- Eingehende eMail ist virenfrei.
