I found someone pirating a silent key call on the local 4 mtr= one ..interesting point as the keeper was quite antagonistic when= i pointed out he was relaying a pirate transmission , each to his= own I suppose ? These noisy beacon things just pop up all over the place no= w on VHF=20 and probably HF too if I listened.
