Watch that signal right on 24kHz. That's NAA from North America. > Peter (or others), do you know a USB soundcard, that is able to run at > 96000 ksamples/s? Myself I'm using M-Audio Audiophile 192 only, running at 192ks round the clock since >4 years on Linux. The best you can buy below 150 Euro for non-M$ systems. It's not an USB-card. All from Creative I checked were unusable above 25-30kHz. But that's a 4 years old experience. Unfortunately I just gave away a very fine USB-card, EMU 0202, since it does not work on LINUX/UNIX. If you are using M$-systems only I can recommend it. Low noise, no power supply needed and up to 192k of sample rate. May be the drivers could be improved. Many professionals in VLF research are using the M-Audio Delta 44. I'm dreaming of a Lynx2-C with six inputs at 200ks and an input for external reference frequency. But >1000 Euro is too much for my "Bastelkasse" (=B0.=B0) Beste Gruesse aus Kiel, Peter
