There is also Kp/Dst data for the last month, if you want to check your results. I think all this data, and the forecast is relevant to 500kHz as well as LF. I promise to try and keep this going now as the cycle is on the upswing, just to show you what you might have missed in the last two years :-)) Hopefully it will stimulate activity, and not kill it when conditions are forecast as poor.
