But he is actually the most successful= experimenter. The question about a valid "QSO" seemi to me some academic. If we think ab= out DXCC we've got to keep in mind, that 9kHz is not a HAM band and in DL= even 500kHz is not. Even a crossband QSO would be not valid. And by law= a QSO between a german HAM station and a german DI station would be illeg= al.
