The output= it taken directly to a scope input HI Z whereas when terminated into= 50 ohms at the scope input the spikes disappear and the SQ wave is cl= ean. The SQ wave to the tc4426 input is clean. I expect the Gate Z mat= ches the driver and cleans up the wave.
