Hi Roelof, well skywave is not at a minimum at noon, it is at a maximum fo=
r the daytime period. However you are right in your timing for another rea=
son this is the most repeatable period of the day, assuming a quiet day wi=
th no lunchtime flares, over a number of days.

For reference skywave is probably at its lowest in the dawn and dusk "dips=
