Yes. My QTH is only 80km from SAQ so I can easily hear the "backwave" signal which is about 17dB below key-down power. As a few kilowatts are leaking out when the TX is idling, I am able to hear when they adjust the r.p.m. even with key up! Here is some nice aerial photography (in a double sense!) of SAQ: http://www.hitta.se/LargeMap.aspx?ShowTraffic=3Dfalse&Filter=3D378&ShowSat= ellite=3Dtrue&cx=3D6337105&cy=3D1293998&z=3D10&tip=3D1 Click on zoom[10] to find the transmitter building and then zoom out and pan to look at the whole station. The logperiodic antenna just above the north corner of the TX building is made by Rohde & Schwarz, I believe. The FM/TV station of Varberg is located near tower #3 (counting from the TX building). 73 Johan SM6LKM
