So far only people that were able and willing to build their own TX's (Ropex First was not a hit, was it) were on the band. And the ham-spirit existed on the band. Something that I loved and admired most. I am sure some people will invest the money. It will be much easier for them to get on the band and therefore they will not appreciate the band as we did. Hopefully no one will start to produce the loading coils as well. At least something that the newcomers should manage. 73, Petr, OK1FIG ----- Original Message ----- From: "Warren Ziegler" To: Sent: Wednesday, December 09, 2009 4:30 PM Subject: LF: TX-2200A > Interesting new rig offered by Waters and Stanton - the TX-2200A 100 > Watt class D transmitter for 136kHz - VFO controlled with receiver > muting. > Made in Japan, relatively pricey though at 690 GBP! > > http://wsplc.com/pdf/TX-2200A.pdf > > > > 73 Warren K2ORS > WD2XGJ > WD2XSH/23 > WE2XEB/2 > WE2XGR/1 > > > > __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus > signature database 4673 (20091209) __________ > > The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. > > http://www.eset.com > > > __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 4673 (20091209) __________ The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com
