But amateur= regulations do not apply as VX9MRC is licensed in the developmental servi= ce as posting your license publicly would allow others to see.

Permissible commun= ication in the developmental service must be clearly stated in the license= terms.

For those who= have worked VX9MRC and are losing sleep for fear of being asked to walk= the plank by their licensing authority, please take comfort in
the following:

The General Radio Regulations defina a radio station as= "a place wherein radio apparatus is located." VO1NA is duly "licensed" in= Canada and is the radio station wherein is located the radiotelegraphic= apparatus of VX9MRC, thanks to the kind efforts of the Marconi Radio Club= of Newfoundland.

The regulations state "No operator of an amateur station shall= communicate

<= br>
Therefore, any station that communicates with VX= 9MRC is communicating with a station licensed in the amateur serivce and= does so accordance with the regulations.

Alas, ye olde PIRATE who can evidently= lob 10^30 big (600m) photons per
