At a stroke, side bands gone,=20 25watts found, sigs increased!  I=92d like to say I planned it th= at way but=20 sister Serendipity was on my side!

 

I just moved the impedance matching= =20 transformer from in the shack to the base of the coil and re-adjusted= the taps=20 on both.   IC735 now happily firing 50watts out as opposed= to 25 watts=20 and it seems that the dreaded side bands are gone.  Let=92s see= if it stays=20 that way.
