This includes the frequency range 501-504kHz. Dan mag hij ook de frequentieband 501-504 kHz gebruiken.

English translation:
A foreign holder of a HAREC licence may operate under the same conditions as Belgian radio amateurs, using all approved modes and frequencies.
This includes the frequency range 501-504kHz.

So it is legal to operate as ON/PAxxx/P, ON/Fxxxx/P, ON/Gxxxx/P etc.
Restrictions (that of course also apply to our foreign guests):
- 501-504kHz
- NIB
- max. 5W EIRP (not ERP !)
- max. 100Hz bandwidth
- only telegraphy (as per ITU definition, thus includes digital text modes)
