Ah Thanks Warren That will set the mobile phone networks busy implementing
location system as a backup I guess....that wont need federal
funds.......and they can charge for it ....wait  a minute whilst I bolster
my share holdings in a few phone companies :-)) then how do we disable the
ground station..
