Hi Chris, LF,
The WSPR signal in question became sync'd shorty after & it was SM6BHZ, I
don't understand how it could be starting on the odd minute.

I haven't yet had any decodes from G3XBM, maybe soon as he improves the
station & conditions improve as we go into winter.
