There is nothing actually preventing use of the 501.0 - 501.2kHz range in cooperation with WD2XSH stations should they wish to, but there does not seem to be any great advantage to using this frequency from the point of view of other US stations, for whom split-frequency working would be a necessity in any mode. Since the UK allocations are currently experimental, and the long-term form of the band may change, it would seem sensible to continue with ad-hoc frequency arrangements as we have at the moment.
