I think most people are more likely= to know their=20 TX power, but then you need to gather more information to make fair=20 comparisons.
I am not convinced many really genuin= ely know their=20 ERP. A recent e-mail referred to the ERP as a guess! I am convinced so= me=20 stations are running much more ERP than they think/say.
