But, I seem to remember that Andy once stated that the noise trace is carried out at a different time or something similar. As the software is reading noise when there is no signal present it could be a 1 minute average of the three 1 minute time slots, I am sure Andy will provide an explanation. There could be information about it at the RSGB link I placed on the grabber page? http://www.rsgb.org/spectrumforum/hf/beaconauto.php Cheers, Gary - G4WGT. -----Original Message----- From: owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org [mailto:owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org] On Behalf Of Richard Newstead Sent: 08 July 2009 13:14 To: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org Subject: Re: LF: G4WGT Grabber Gary - G4WGT wrote: > Andy, LF, > > Thank you Andy, I was about to place an answer to David's query, his > question has prompted me to add a little more info on the grabber page. > > Thanks to you both. > > Gary - G4WGT. > > > Gary Why don't the blue and green traces follow the noise? 73 Richard G3CWI
