There was a power cut here starting at about 0040utc, and the beacon was QRT until 0336. It was then transmitting again until closing down about 0800utc this morning. I will try operating split frequency again on 502.4kHz "dial frequency", 503.9kHz RF TX, and receiving on 507kHz "dial frequency" to try to copy WE2XGR/2. Any reports would be very welcome.
