Over the last few weeks, 50 or so stations have copied the beacons, in about 14 different countries, so a fair bit of activity has been stirred up. It is nice to see that quite a large proportion of reports have come from stations who have not previously been involved with LF/MF, so perhaps we have made a few "converts". This is particularly so with 500kHz, where it would appear it is often possible to get quite good reception by plugging a random wire antenna into a standard receiver, so it is not difficult for people to get involved. I see there were around 40 spots uploaded from Dave, AA1A, through the night, with the last one at 0646utc.
