Things in my favor for reception are being close to the perfect conduction o= f the ocean, and use of magnetic loops for RX. Things that are out of favor are constant QRN from power lines and weather,=20= so I use phased loops and hope that the best noise null is not where the sig= nal is coming from. Soon I will have an e-probe WAY out in the woods to phase against the larger= loop and that maybe will buy me a few more DBs out of the noise. Anyway, you were audible regardless of our snow storm conditions...
