The preliminary permission runs until the results from WRC2011 is known. Detailed regulations for operation in this narrow segment are under preparations by NRRL and the Norwegian PTT. The results from these are expected to be ready early spring 2009, and thus no operation will take place until they are announced. Hans Chr.
