I looked back at my WSPR log & despite you starting on the same frequency I was using there was no conflict, thanks for the QSY. Nice going for 10mW & if you were using separate Tx & Rx it would be difficult to align the two devices. I look forward to seeing/hearing you again. 73 Gary - G4WGT. -----Original Message----- From: owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org [mailto:owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org] On Behalf Of Lee Hudson Sent: 28 January 2009 01:29 To: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org Subject: LF: RE: M0LMH in WSPR had to look twice ! Hi Jim, John, Graham, Gary, LF Group, With one month remaining on the NoV (before renewal!!) I thought it time to put the station on the air. It's taken long enough to put it all together, from nothing! My junk box doesn't normally contain much in the line of RF parts, HI. So thought I have a try at WSPR and see who hears my mere 10mW first transmission. Well to be honest I'm most surprised with the reports from GM4SLV @ 700miles. Thanks for tuning down for a listen, John. Apologies to Gary for transmitting on his frequency on the first transmission. I don't think we doubled as it turns out, since you gave me a report!! I have an odd issue too with the sound card I use in that the TX/RX frequencies are about 12Hz different, But this is only when using the WSPR software. Hence two corrections, first to line Jim up on RX then another to get my TX frequency where I intended 503.930kHz. Thanks go to those who have given words of advice from time to time over the past 6 months. And John Gould (RSGB HF Manager) for giving me some encouragement in the first place to attempt the NoV application and also for giving it the once over before it was officially posted. 73, Lee M0LMH, IO93gx -----Original Message----- From: owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org [mailto:owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org] On Behalf Of Graham Sent: 28 January 2009 00:29 To: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org Subject: LF: M0LMH in WSPR had to look twice !
