This also has clashed with a move to reduc= e beacon activity below 20 MHz , so perhaps in higher circles the concept=20= has become 'hot', conceivably, but there is also a need to demonstrate ex= perimental activity on what is a 'experimental band'.=20 =20 As can be seen from the recent posts, the problem still exists, in that qrss= may produce a trace at the other end but as to who it is, is still the sub= ject of debate ! and even so , no real data is extracted that my be used for= scheduling a qso or pond-hopping attempt or semi local qso's . From the p= ublished traces, we do seem to be looking at flash propagation but without a= ny data recovery it hard to say ?
