However the usual way to observe the propagation is my monitoring the idle signal from DCF39 138.830 and/or HGA22 on 135.54. DCF39 is located at Burg near to Magdeburg in Germany. HGA22 is located at Lakihegy near Budapest. It is not as much fun as QRSS.DFCW, or WOLF, but they are very relaible. Steve Dove W3EEE post 24 hour strength plots, though his system is down at present. Most TA attempts from this side are made by arrangement usually via this list. Probably not what you wanted but that is the present status. 136 is fairly quiet over here just now, but it may be the last good chance to make the crossing for a few years !!
