There's always some one worse off..... , just when I though the north west h= ad the most 'wee ae's' looks like we have been trumped ... that's mega mini= ..=20 I am seeing the qrs signal on 500 at 10 db over the background noise , that= 's with the 40 ft end fed vertical with no atu , directly into the ft897 (= pre-amp off) Finbar is close in signal level, depending on the qsb .. just n= oticed a peak at 15 db over the noise floor .. im sure that psk or one of th= e multi tone systems would print at that level , cw is just at speaker level= at the moment .. keying is very soft ? No positive ID of SK= 6RUD yet=20 on my grabber (its a little aerial too.. only 1 foot long, but it still sees= =20 most of the signals that appear on the main antenna)
but  I am seein= g=20 somthing,,
I have shifted the r= ange=20 to display 500KHz dead, but it is quite close to my LO spike on the=20 Softrock Lite.
