I've just listened to a 5 minute CQ call on 502.6kHz (almost fell asleep during it)....zzzzZZZZzzz....Zzzz... Am I right in thinking that this was manually sent, with a straight key? Or was some sort of electronic appliance involved? It almost seemed like, shock horror, a beacon mode transmission....
