To date no= problems with a single FET or pair in parallel. The E amp needs careful adjustment on the desired frequency, after that plai= n sailing. I am using a 4426 as a driver in my 500 khz= tx,=20 which is class E. To date no problems with a single FET or pair in=20 parallel.
The E amp needs careful adjustment on the d= esired=20 frequency, after that plain sailing.
