Just had a listen (0130z-ish) and nada. Main significant carrier was from R1 (QC), no ING at 276. 274 was clear so if there were any lsb mod to be heard it would have been plain. I'll have a listen in daylight tomorrow. However, that said, unless it has *just* started, or is so pathetically wimpy now I can't hear it at 60 miles away (to be fair there are a couple like that, IUB 404 and DYL 237 spring to mind, but they're both very sad creatures), it wasn't to be found when I did a daylight sweep from a nearby quiet site testing out a mobile setup a couple of weeks ago. Will get back to you.
