I have been repairing my antenna, re-attaching all the bits that had dropped off during the summer! Power 200 RF, giving 1,5A aerial current. No sign of any extra Loran lines of any strength down here. I see faint lines, but they could be from Europe. Nothing detectable by ear. 73, Dave G3WCB IO91RM -----Original Message----- From: owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org [mailto:owner-rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org]On Behalf Of Gary - G4WGT Sent: 22 October 2007 19:42 To: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org Subject: LF: Re: loran Hi Mal, LF, After seeing your earlier mail I put the Rx on 137 KHz to make comparisons with captures from earlier in the year. It looks like there are about 50 % more LORAN lines on todays captures at my QTH compared with my previous ones. I was also able to see & hear Dave G3WCB in QRSS & was able to audibly copy his CW ID. I also saw a DL in QRSS mode but was much weaker & got burried in noise. 73 Gary - G4WGT - IO83qp ----- Original Message ----- From: "hamilton mal" To: "rsgb" Sent: Monday, October 22, 2007 6:33 PM Subject: LF: loran > It seems that I am the only one to observe the new UK loran on 137 khz.
