Don't do much 160 this time of year due to static so I don't have signal reports to go by either. I'm wondering if the connection between the feeder and the dipole has oxidized ? I've checked the ground connection, which is much easier to do and it seems ok. -- 73 Warren K2ORS/WD2XGJ/WD2XSH/23/WE2XEB/2 FN42hi http://www.w4dex.com/wd2xgj.htm -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: "Steve McDonald" > > Warren - any changes in normal 160m characteristics when used as Web: "THE > VE7SL RADIO NOTEBOOK" at a dipole? > > Steve / VE7SL > > Web: "THE VE7SL RADIO NOTEBOOK" at http://www.imagenisp.ca/jsm > > > >
