I do appreciate your problem, and yes I am lucky to have a lot of space, but this has enabled me to discover this effect. My first LF antennas were multi wire Marconi type but I always had high ground loss resistance until I spread the top wire out,( the same length of wire ) not in a straight line but certainly covering "new" ground. The effect was dramatic !
