I was surprised you were exactly on such an odd frequency but I guess it must be with the same "standard", easily available crystal, and divider that Joe uses. I now realise (thanks to Hartmut) that the Russians were using that frequency but I was surprised they were not listening on 136.2 area. Your message explains all that. As I said in my earlier message I would not want to prevent anyone from creating activity on 136.......we want ll we can get !! I hope your transmissions to the East were successful.
