Any of the widespread "QRSS" viewers will do (when set to QRSS3). If you cannot get the CASTLE *transmit* function in SL to work, can you be more specific what the problem is ? If the problem is just WHERE to find it, here in short form: In the main menu, "Quick Settings" .. "Slow Morse Reception" .. "Slow CW, 3 seconds per dot". Then, again in the main menu, select "View/Windows" .. "Digimode Terminal" ... (then, in the digimode window)... "Settings"..."Select Predefined Mode" .. "Slow CW (QRSS+DFCW+CASTLE)" ... "CASTLE 3 (3 sec / dot)". If you don't see the CASTLE mode in the digimode terminal, your version is too old. Again, there is no special configation required (and implemented) to *receive* CASTLE . HTH, best regards, Wolf DL4YHF . n8tl schrieb: > JA: > > I have been watching the Castle transmissions but cannot get the > predefined mode in spectrum lab to work.
