I run a = Cushman CE-24a here that needs 1 hour to stabilize then it is pretty = good. Nothing like the digital tuning HP SLM's but usuable for QRSS = work. I use a RYCOM R1307A/GR = (ELF to=20 MF). if the 3121B has the same sensitivity and
the uge indicator = showing=20 the aerial voltage (RMS and dB)it should be one of
the best you = could have=20 for FS measurements. the frequency stability is=20 = not
good.
