The vertical consists of a 160m dipole fed with open wire line fed as a vertical "T" . Further experimentation at 250 watts led to a small fire in the vegetation just outside the window of the radio shack. (Is this what they mean when they say "put fire in the wire?") -- 73 Warren K2ORS/WD2XGJ/WD2XSH/23 FN42hi http://www.w4dex.com/wd2xgj.htm -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Hartmut Wolff > 4 signals captured in the T/A window last night.
