This signal was solid and keyed on/off and not suffering from qsb. It
appeared to be abt qrs 60 then 90 changing on each over. I did not wait
about for an id cos it was in the early hours of the morning. I also have
some photo shots.It was also about S4 audible.
Acty about 0130z until 0200z approx.
