It shows my first attempt -operating at DK4U- to call DM2AYO in Chirped Hell mode. QRN at Sid's QTH must have been a bit too high for Hell mode, so I called him again in QRSS 3 which worked fb. One can see that the leading unmodulated dash (during which I tuned the antenna) comes out much more clearly than the Hell characters. Still I like using the Hell mode if conditions allow it, since it's faster than QRSS. Regards, Wolf DL4YHF .
