It was originally intended for listening to BC stations on an amateur rig at 28MHz. I think it is notionally 10kHz to 500kHz ...there is a LP filter in the antenna. There is a circuit diagram on one of my web pages....the direct URL is http://www.btinternet.com/~alan.melia/loscprob.htm#Datong%20VLF%20Converter It does not like to work from a big antenna and may need some attenuation to avoid IMD products.
