This software is Clicklock by Con ZL2AFP (contact him for a copy). I have been able to detect DCF77 at 18,000km range (4 to 8AM local time), and excellent copy of the Califorian FSK station 135950Hz �25Hz, among others. Con has been able to detect my own signal on 181kHz during the daytime in a noisy location - I was running only 100mW (that's 4uW EIRP) at a range of 500km.
