There is a definite partial callsign there. Is this on the morning of the 7th when I was using a single 150m radial (the control cable?) This morning (the 8th) I was using the radial, the ground rod and the "cement shoes". Since QRV a few days ago, I have been operating independent of the mains earth connection which I had always used before. Will try again tonight. Lets hope Alan will be able to predict some favourable condx this fall so we can try again for a 2-way across the pond. 73 Joe On Fri, 8 Jul 2005, Lawrence Mayhead G3AQC wrote: > Hi Joe, > Your mail prompted me to look again and I find I missed a capture.
