PA 40 volts at 11 Amps & seems much more stable, Antenna current up to 2.5 Amps. PA heat sink gets fairly hot & matching transformer core warm otherwise no problems during tonights tests on 135.930KHz. The field strength as indicated by my crude meter is at the same level as when the PA failed on my previous tests. It certainly looks like LORAN Rugby is now 24/7.
