This puts it smack on the Bremerton /Bangor Washington Naval/submarine base. I had thought it might be from Jim Creek, Washington but that is another 40 degrees to the west. Maybe someone in Washington knows if there are LF antennas at Bangor/Bremerton? It does tie in nicely with the exercise this week which certainly would involve submarine activity.
